Its design week for Hoffi!

Continuing our support for the Cardiff Design Festival and the design industry. Hoffi were asked by Design Week to comment as part of a recent feature on Welsh design and the design industry in Wales.

Winning this award is a great achievement for Hoffi, we are very pleased and excited about this. We would like to thank the Welsh Language Board and the judges for a great evening and for recognizing our work. We hope that this leads to more success and hope to be back next year winning another award....or two

We are happy to announce that Julian Sykes one of our founding members will be exhibiting some of his work at the 100% East www.100percenteast.co.uk exhibition in London Brick Lane 21-24 September. Under the name jafor, Julian is going to be showing some of his recent experiments and prototypes to the public and design world for the first time. 100% is one of the most prestigious design exhibitions in the world and 100% East now in its second year is a perfect opportunity to show such experiments. Welsh language board bilingual design awards 2006

The last few months have been very busy for us, and we are happy to announce that it is starting to pay off, having been short-listed in this years awards in the category of ‘The ones to watch’. We are really pleased that people are already realising what we are about, and how bilingual design is a very important aspect of our design philosophy.
